The Bryce Canyon Area is definitely an arid climate.  Water has been difficult to acquire since settlers entered the area in the 1800s.  Recently we were effective in transferring water to the Bryce Canyon Area for commercial purposes.  The transfer of water to the Bryce Canyon area is conditional upon the State of Utah Water Division's approval.  The water we have for sale needs to go through the formal process of changing the location and the use of the water.  The process can take up to 6 months for the State's approval.  Formal hearings will be required that are held once in the Spring, and again in the Fall, without any set dates.

If you are interested in purchasing water, and transferring the location and use of the water, do not expect an immediate response, but rather plan for about a 6 month process.  Any purchase contract would be contingent upon the approval of the transfer and use.
